Le Vieux Logis

 
     
Le Vieux Logis was formerly a tobacco farm house and in 1952 the father of the present owner, Monsieur Giraudel, after retiring from his work in Paris, moved to this relaxing region away from all the city hustle, and decided to try and venture into the ever challenging hostellerie business. He evidently was successful and today, his son Bernard, the youngest of all, continued the business. The property is today one of great charm and elegance where every room has been tastefully decorated in different antique styles using a lot of soleiado fabrics to panel the walls in such professional way that it makes you think about doing the same at home, something far more beautiful than any other wall covering. The hotel is composed of three different houses all close to one and other. As one chooses a tone on a painter's palette, stepping into the atmosphere of the 'Vieux Logis' allows a choice of 25 refined bedrooms. Whether your room is cozily under the eaves or located on the ground floor, each room has its individual style and is tastefully decorated. Whether the decoration consists of heavy drapes or carved stone, flowery upholstery or pleated curtains, wrought iron, oak or wicker, each room is authentic, bright and welcoming.

By car:

Tremolat may not be easily seen in some maps. Look for the Perigord region and once you see the city of Perigueux, look for either Lalinde or Le Bugue, both of these towns are south of Perigueux, 50 Kms. or less. Once you arrive at either one, you will find road signs indicating the way to Tremolat and once there, the hotel is clearly indicated.

For a stay of 1 to 3 nights: the payment of 50% of one night is due.
For a stay of more than 3 nights: the payment of two nights is due.
In case of cancellation less than 9 days prior to the arrival date.
For a stay of 1 to 3 nights: the first night is due.
For a stay of more than 3 nights: the payment of 30% of the stay is due.
