This former convent, an elegant 14th C edifice, is tucked away in a peaceful

were completely reconceived and renovated in a pure, modern style by Geneviève
and Jean-André Charial, owners of the emblematic L’Oustau de Baumanière and La
Cabro d’Or in Les Baux-de-Provence, and creators of Les Maisons de Baumanière.
Fabien Fage, the chef from Arles who trained with France’s top chefs, uses
market-fresh regional produce to create dishes inspired by Mediterranean that
are in perfect harmony with the exceptional surroundings in which they are
served.

terrace.
The hotel garden, with its profusion of roses and its wisteria-draped pergola,
