25 elegant and flowery rooms, all equipped
with television, minibar, safe and air
conditioning. The "Boulanger’s House", "Meunier’s
House" and "Ecuyer’s House", separated from
the main building by the "Cherche Midi" and
"Saint Jacques de Compostelle" streets open
their windows on the terraces and Auriac
golf course of Auriac.
Also you will enjoy Gourmet eating in Le
Restaurant Bernard Rigaudis and le Bistrot
d'Auriac. After dinner, guests can
appreciate the quiet atmosphere of the
hotel's salons, just right for discovering
the superb collection of cigars, or enjoying
a game of French billiards in the ancient
cellars of the Carolingian Abbey, while
finding out about the collection of after-dinner
spirits.
The 18 hole-golf course, the swimming pool,
the tennis court and walks, which give an
enchanted atmosphere to a relaxed stay
beside the city of Carcassonne and the Canal
du Midi, which are both classified as World

Salvaza Airport:
Take Route de Montreal (D119) via Carcassonne center. Go 600 meters
and take right to road N161 where after 1.2 Kms. at the roundabout
you will take exit 2 to continue on N161. Go 1.1 Kms. and turn left
toward Route de Limoux (D118) where after 800 meters you will take
exit 1 toward road D104. After 1.6 Kms turn right to Route de Saint
Hilarie where you will reach the hotel after a few meters. |

CANCELLATION POLICY
For all reservations, a credit card with its expiry date and
its ID Number. In case of cancellation, if this is more than 8
days before the start of the stay, the credit charge won't be
charges. Between 8 and 6 days, 50% will be charged, and the
credit card will be charged of the total amount within 6 days.
In case of ‘no show’, the credit card will be charged if the
total amount. We retain the right to apply charges in case of
cancellation during the stay. |
