Arriving at the Domaine is
a feast for the eyes. First there is an
overall impression, then all the many
details are slowly revealed.
The château stands proudly flanked by its
fortified towers. It has been recently
restored and will house the Domaine's future
suites. The nearby dry stone outbuildings
house the hotel restaurant, called “les
Tournelles”, and the private lounges for
diners and guests staying in our 24 rooms.
The various categories of room are located
in seven private guest residences, or hotels
particulars, constructed in traditional high-quality
regional materials, each of which has one,
two, three or five bedrooms offering superb
views over the lakes and forest of the
grounds of the estate or the surrounding
countryside. They also offer parking spaces,
terraces and lobbies for exclusive use of
guests. The distance between the hamlets is
between 1 and 3 kilometres traveling in your
own vehicle over the estate’s private roads.
The Domaine des Etangs is also an
outstanding venue for successful business
meetings. It is particularly well suited to
management level meetings. The wide range of
working areas, personalized organization and
unusual mix of leisure activities will
satisfy even the most demanding corporations.
A number of rooms can be hired for family
functions, from 18 to 90 people. |
