The chef takes pride in spoiling the connoisseurs of haute cuisine in the
exquisitely furnished restaurant, an attractive example of tradition-conscious
contemporary interior design. Visitors will appreciate the selection of
dishes offered day in and day out at lunch and dinner, dishes expertly and
lovingly prepared with the experienced gourmet in mind. "Le Caveau de Gail"
Wine Tavern in the lovely restored former vaulted-ceiling wine cellar of the
Gail manor house, the hotel's friendly yet professional staff helps the
visitor to become acquainted with Alsace at its best. The tavern's pleasant
atmosphere promotes relaxing conversation; exquisite (and hearty) Alsatian
specialities served at lunch and dinner make for an occasion worth
remembering. The Lucas Bar is a very homey, cosy, intimate -- this best
describes the attraction of the bar on the north side of the hotel courtyard.
