From Moulins:
Cross the Regemortes bridge. At the
second roundabout, take D 953 in the
direction of Bourbon l'Archambault.
Drive through Saint-Menoux. Continue on
D 953 past Bourbon l'Archambault and
continue on the same route towards
Ygrande. 6 Kms. after Bourbon, turn left
on to D 18 at the Chateau d'Ygrande
sign.
From Montlucon:
Leave Montlucon by Desertines on
route N144. Then, take a right onto D94
in the direction of Autoroute A71
towards Bourges. Just before the
Autoroute tollbooth, turn left towards
Cosne d'Allier via D94. At the
roundabout as you enter Cosne d'Allier,
bear right and travel through the town.
At the roundabout as you leave the town,
take the next two lefts in the direction
of Ygrande on D 94. Upon arrival in
Ygrande, turn right in the direction of
Bourbon l'Archambault and the Chateau
d'Ygrande. 2.5 Kms. after leaving the
village, turn right onto D18 at the
Chateau d'Ygrande sign. Follow the signs
to the Chateau.
From Vichy:
Cross Saint-Pourçain and take direction
Montmarault by the D46. At 2 Kms. turn
on the right to take the D1, direction
Le Montet. Cross Le Montet and take
direction Bourbon l’Archambault by the
D1. Cross Saint-Hilaire, till reach
Saint-Hilaire Gare. Follow the D11 and
continue with direction Bourbon
’Archambault. Cross la forêt de Gros
Bois At la forêt exit, turn on the left,
direction Saint-Aubin by the D192. Cross
the Saint-Aubin village and take
direction d’Ygrande by the D192. After 2
Kms., you'll the chateau on your right.
Take the first little way to the
Chateau.
From Clermont-Ferrand:
Leave the Autoroute at Montmarault and
take direction Moulins by the N145.
After 11 Kms., take the exit and go
ahead with direction Le Montet. Cross Le
Montet and take direction Bourbon
l’Archambault by the D1. Cross Saint-Hilaire
till Saint-Hilaire Gare. Follow the D11
and continue with direction Bourbon
l’Archambault. Cross la forêt de Gros
Bois. Exit la forêt, turn on your left,
and go ahead with direction Saint-Aubin
by the D192. Cross Saint-Aubin village
and take direction d’Ygrande by the
D192. After 2 Kms., you'll the chateau
on your right. Take the first little way
to the Chateau.
From Paris:
Take the A10, direction Orléans,
then take the A71, direction
Clermont-Ferrand. Exit at Saint-Amand
Montrond At the round point , after the
toll, take direction Centre Ville et
Bourges. Cross the village and keep
direction Montluçon. Exit Saint-Amand by
the N144, direction Montluçon. After 14
Kms, turn on the left by the D978A,
direction Cerilly. Cross la forêt de
Tronçais. At the round points, turn on
your right following the D953 direction
Cérilly and Bourbon l’Archambault. At
the red light, reaching Cerilly, take
direction d’Ygrande by the D953. Cross
Ygrande and take direction Bourbon
l’Archambault and Château d’Ygrande. At
1,5 Kms. after leaving the village, turn
on the right and take direction Château
d’Ygrande and follow the signs to the
Chateau. |
