The stylish Château Hôtel de la Messardière stands like a fairy tale castle on a

Muy. Then, take the RN 98 route,
direction Saint-Tropez via Sainte-Maxime.
Once in Saint-Tropez, get the route des
Plages de Ramatuelle, then turn at Route
St-Anne. At the end of this street, you
will find the Route de Tahiti. The hotel
is at the right. |

Cancellation Policy |
|
1 - A stay is only guaranteed by a deposit whose amount is equal to 35 % of the total amount if the stay exceeds two nights or by a deposit representing one night if only one or two nights have been booked. In case of written cancellation at least 21 days prior forecasted arrival, the hotel undertakes to fully reimburse the deposit.
2 - No-shows are invoiced and not reimbursed. In case of no-show, the whole booking is automatically cancelled.
3 - Hotel rooms are available on the day of arrival as from 4 p.m. Check-out time by noon.
4 - With a reservation, small dogs can be accepted at the hotel with a supplement of 30 Euros per day. However, for the comfort of our guests and for reasons of hygiene, they are not allowed in the restaurant or the swimming-pool area. It is required that they are not left in the room while their owners are outside the hotel. They are to be kept on a lead when outside the room. A large and pleasant dog walking area is laid in the park of the hotel. In order to preserve the gardens, only this area is to be used for dogs walks.
5 - The hotel swimming-pool is exclusively reserved for hotel guests, games ( ball games etc...) are not allowed in it.
6 - We do ask parents to ensure that their children are accompanied in the public areas of the hotel, and do not disturb other guests, especially around the pool and the restaurant. Games (ball games etc…) are not allowed in the pool.
During High Season (July and August), children's minimum age required is 12 years old as guests of our hotel come for tranquillity.
7 - For safety reasons, the use of the pool is not authorized at night.
8 - Extra bed and baby-cot cannot be placed in Classic and Superior rooms. These rooms have french beds and cannot be twin-bedded.
9 - As there is a limited seating capacity in our restaurant “Les Trois Saisons”, please book your table with our Concierge before noon. Should you wish to have dinner on your arrival day, please mention it with your hotel reservation. Cellular telephones are not allowed in it.
The restaurant “Les Trois Saisons” is closed on Monday evening except in June, July and August.
10 - The City tax of St Tropez and the Var is an overcharge of 2 Euros per day and per person. |
