Chateau de La Flocellière offers you exquisite accommodations in the Loire
Region of France. Romantic guest room suites in the medieval castle for a truly
French bed and breakfast experience. The Keep and the Pavillon Louis XIII for
weekly rental or less than a week in the low season. The guest rooms in the
castle are spacious and decorated with antique furnishing. All guest rooms have
large beds, an ensuite bathroom, fireplace and lovely views onto the gardens.
The interior of the Keep is beautifully restored and furnished, offering both
elegance and comfort. There is a large living room with a fireplace, a dining
room and a fully equipped kitchen. The 4 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 8
to 9 people. and feature private bathrooms.
The Pavillon Louis XIII has a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room
and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms to 7 or 8 people. There is a
large bathroom with a tub and a bathroom with a shower. When staying at the
castle you can have the unique opportunity of elegant dining with the Vicomte
and Vicomtess Patrice and Erika Vignial during your visit in the history castle
dining room. Requests should be made when booking. Refined dinners in the pure
French tradition are prepared at the castle with fresh garden vegetables from
the château potager. Enjoy a large selection of local and Bordeaux wines as well.
Finally, the Château de la Flocellière has been selected by the prestigious
Gault Millau French restaurant guide and is 7 Kms. from famous park Puy du Fou. |

The Keep |
|

The Keep tour
was built in the 13th century, then enlarged in the 15th
century. You will be immersed in history, but with all the
modern comforts. The keep has four floors with a granit
spiral staircase that is easy to go up or down.
A fully equipped and modern kitchen, including dishwasher,
stove, refrigerator, washing machine, salon and dining room.
(Up to 10 people). You can rent the Medieval Keep by the
week in High Season or for less than a week out of season. |

Le Pavillon
Louis XIII is in an independent wing of the medieval castle,
including an ancient defensive tower that was modified at
the beginning of the 17th century. The rooms are on the
ground floor and the first floor.
A fully equipped and modern kitchen, including dishwasher,
stove, refrigerator, washing machine, salon and dining room.
The dining room has a very large table, seating 12 people
and the room opens on the lawn outside. The Pavillon has 5
delightful rooms. You can rent the Pavillon by the week in
High Season or for less than a week out of season. (rental
for up to 14 people). |
