A manor house, built in 1830, the Château de Nantilly is situated in a beautiful
parkland of just under 10 acres. As you enter the manor gates you find yourself
surrounded by nature and a sense of calm and well being.
The sweeping driveway that leads you to the manor runs alongside the 'Soufroide',
a small river that crosses the park in which the manor stands.
Then you see the manor, it's XIXth century architecture and large terrace where
you can sit during the summer months and enjoy the park and the sunshine. The
manor was a private residence up until the 1970's when it was converted into a
hotel. Two other buildings were constructed on the property: the 'Résidence des
Roses' where you find the two seminar suites and the 'Orangerie' where the
health club and spa is situated.
The Château de Nantilly has a total of 41 rooms including 3 suites. Each room
offers only the best in terms of comfort and design.
The rooms in the manor itself are traditional in style and all decorated in a
unique way. The rooms in the 'Résidence des Roses' have a rustic and romantic
ambience whereas those in the 'Orangerie' and more spacious and modern with 8 of
the rooms being classed as 'duplex'. |
