Chateau du Clair de Lune is situated in the
South of Biarritz, where the Atlantic Ocean opens the horizon to the
Pyrénées. This Chateau is decorated with trees and bushes of
different scents, and aromas: mimosas, rhododendron, camelias, and
many of other species greet us in this garden full of antique
romanticism.
In the main house the rooms are large and airy, and the ones in the
Hunting Lodge features a terrace. The choice of breakfast in your
room, on the terrace or in the elegant dining room what a choice.
Friendly and helpful receptionist (Cecile) who speaks excellent
English, can tell you brilliant suggestions for site seeing.
In 1902, after the marriage
of Monsieur Bonnand and Mademoiselle Harrisson, the couple decides
to move to these Basques lands.
