L'Auberge du Manet is a three stars and top range hotel, is outstanding for its
impressive architecture. Seigniorial residence then agricultural farm, it made
part of the Domaine de Port-Royal des Champs, high place of french thinking
during more than a century. The farm is located on the edge of the chevreuse
Valley forest on a site dating back to the XIIIth century. Magnificently
restored, it is now a place where calm and user-friendliness prevail. Chimney
fire in winter, terrace at the water's edge in summer, its warm and muffled
atmosphere intentionally break with standardized hotels while offering an
elaborated comfort.
Each room or apartment is unique by its architecture, its style, its furniture (exposed
beams, sweet colours and solid cherry wood furniture’s) and by its comfort.
Opened everyday year, the restaurant propose you a refined table combining the
French great culinary tradition and the new flavours in a place decorated with
flowers. Its warm and muffled atmosphere is governed by the rhythm of seasons,
