Auberge du Bois Prin is a picturesque chalet with
sunny rooms and balconies offering stunning view of Mont-Blanc and the
surrounding countryside. In winter the slopes glitter with snow, while in spring
the chalet stands amidst a sea of greenery, bathed in the scent of gentian.
Monique and Denis Carrier concoct marvellously inventive cuisine, and the local
cheeses like the wines -Mondeuse, Ayze and Roussette- are full of rich mountain
flavour. Denis Carrier proposes delicious and inventive recipes to his guests,
using the vegetables and flowers cultivated in his gardens. The team of the Bois
Prin will help you discover the mountains, the wines and the cuisine of the
Savoie, and you will enjoy staying at this beautiful chalet. You may explore the
mountains by ski or tracking. |
